Why Shakeology?

Shakeology was the reason I got into coaching. Coaching has become much, much more to me since then... but Shakeology was the reason I started. Plain and simple, I signed up as a coach because I wanted to get a discount on a great product!

 

I first ordered Shakeology in November 2013 (as part of a Black Friday sale... that was the only way I could justify the price!). As I feared, once I tried it... I never wanted to stop drinking it. I immediately felt a difference in terms of mental focus and clarity. My mood also improved... I am NOT a morning person by any stretch of the imagination, but with Shakeology, the day seems a little more bearable and I'm a little less grumpy.

This replaces a multivitamin for me, so that's a bit of savings right there. Although I still do enjoy my Starbucks, some people like to note that the price of Shakeology is about equivalent to a Starbucks latte daily... so if you're cool with giving up coffee in return for this natural energy boost, that's a trade-off that might make sense.
